Has you election been fixed lately? The AS election has fallen victim to the influence of administrative oversight. Namely I was made "ineligible" by a hastily, day-before-election disciplinary hearing which was forced through against my will. The investigation was an unprecedented application of CPU-use policy on an auxillary body, Associated Students, which paid for its own computer (but students have no say in an auxillary when they want to sell it to private corporations like the UC center and dining services...).
Lots of firsts involved again with ineligiblity in the middle of an election despite election policy that eligibility is to be determined 3 days after filing for entering the election. So policy is arbitrarily being formed and imposed to interfere with the election. Conflict-of-interest-master-supreme Tyler Smith of AS sits on the election committee! He is best buds with AS president Terra-rist Rentz, wrote my articles of impeachment, testified against me in the administrative kangaroo court and told me I was impeached for "not kissing ass!" Tyler made the motion to rehold the election without me on the ballot.
As the Legislative VP of AS in the past if office holders don't meet the "minimum ACADEMIC qualifications" to represent students they can get a waiver from Student Affairs VP/Dictator/Tyrant Steven Butler for disciplinary or academic probations. Paradoxically the sentences in policy that applies disciplinary probation as barring me from eligibility was used to also say that I had no right to appeal disciplinary probation status. The document is not consistent and is being interpreted to serve the needs of administration to have a good lapdog. Here are the results of the election:

The elections commission with Tyler's corrupt suggestion is holding a new election without me on the ballot despite outcry agaisnt such actions and appeasement for administrative interference. Luke F has submitted a complaint that the elections code is being violated and that administration has no place in manipulating our "democratic election." The complaint must be handled in 2 school days so I'll try and post an update when I get more info like another elctions commission hearing. I recorded the previous meeting and will have in on google video ASAP.
